The G60, Mobile Inspection Assistant, integrates thermal imager, Push-to-Talk radio, and Smartphone into a 4G industrial mobile computer, reducing the number of devices carried while conducting an electrical inspection. Dual lens thermal camera and laser positioning enable accurate recording of temperature changes in electrical equipment. Anomalies can be timely discovered and dealt with on-site. It is ruggedized with the IP67 rating. The built-in SOS button can be used to call for help in case of an emergency. The 5" rugged back-lit touch screen allows the user to easily operate the device in direct sunlight and wearing gloves. The expansion functions comprise a high-speed/long-range RFID reader, a barcode scanner, and a laser distance meter to meet the various job requirements. The Pogo Pin is to connect to cables like USB, RS232, and RJ45 for reading and writing data, as well as a dedicated docking enabling simultaneous charging and data transfer.
