1.Sunon offers an LED streetlamp that replaces traditional cooling with active fan cooling. Sunon offers an LED streetlamp cooling device with green energy-saving fans. Our success in solving these cooling needs was done with the cooperation of some well-known lighting giants resulting in higher lumen, and energy-savings.
2.This product is powered by Sunon's patented motor design. The coil is insulated by colloid coating and parylene coating processes to protect the motor core from exterior moisture and salt, and the motor base is completely insulated from outside elements by coating the bearing cover with lubricant. Able to reach IP55 level in water and dust-proof functions and has passed GR487 test in a salt spray.
3.The product features a low-voltage green design and solves development problems through active cooling, making high cooling performance, high stability, and high reliability its ultimate concern. It prevents the over heating in chips extending the lamp's service life.
4.The motor structure uses a radial winding with a rigorous magnetic circuit design to allow the motor stator to yield a more powerful magnetic effect. The motor can run continuously without getting overheated for 12,500 hours at 70℃.
5.The streamlined blades and the arc motor hub, with a unique pressurized frame design, produces a more fluent guiding effect for more air intake, providing higher static pressure to the system, and significantly enhances the overall cooling efficiency. In addition, the custom-made module's special convection duct structure using active fan cooling, conducts heat as high as 120℃ from chips generated by 70W output power.
6.By adopting active fan cooling, the LED lamp cooling module reduces the size and weight. Compact, lightweight, and easily scalable, the module is more convenient and economic than traditional methods for mounting and maintenance, which significantly saves repair and operating costs.
