1.The NS-20 is the flagship product that debuted on our 50 year anniversary of the Nankang . The NS-20 adopts MICRO VENT molding skills to accurately feed the rubber input and minimize the unnecessary waste of raw materials and CO2 generated during production.
2.For the NS-20, the CATIA (CAD 3D)、ABAQUS (CAE) has been implemented to analyze noise and water expellant to simulate various conditions of tire use, as well as to take further use of real vehicle testing grounds, the tire laboratory, laboratory materials and the materials testing room to test the performance of the tire.
3.In collaboration with the JARI, the NS-20 has been tested and proven to have 1 meter less breaking distance in the wetland test, and the noise be reduced by 5-8 dB.
4.The NS-20 has adopted an environmentally protective oil and formulated rubber that meet the demands of high quality ECO products in both the European and Japanese markets.
1.In order to strengthen the NANKANG brand in the transformation of both evolution and innovation, a rebuilding task for the brand’s image has been undertaken since 2010 by employing Ogilvy & Mather Advertising as the marketing consultant; expected in Q4 2011, a brand new CIS image of NANKANG Tire shall be revealed to consumers.
2.A sales channel has been set up with the Netherlands branch with independent dealers in each country for distribution. For new product setting up specs., we must comprehensively collect the published specifications of the new car depot for the preparation of new product development.
3.The product sales were focused on prevailing sales channels. 0.05% of the annual revenue in the European region is budgeted to assist dealers in the region to establish the NANKANG Tire shop sign, thus providing direct access to consumers through store brand awareness of the NANKANG brand.
