ECO-2 features “compact” design which can effectively lowers down in aerodynamics.Such kind of design roughly reduces 5~8% material usage, which effectively lowers down cost of production and reaches saving effect in production process.
ECO-2 takes advantage of Filler Compound with its high rigidity to increase bead rigidity and decrease tire failure resulting from energy transformation caused by tire deformation.
By using advanced synthetic rubber, CAP compound integrates large amount of silica of high dispersibility with special binder to combine rubber and silica. Slilca can hinder rubber molecules inside tire from squirming and rubbing, immensely decreasing tire heat and rolling resistance by 10% when driving.
Tested by Holland RDW organization, ECO-2 complies with noise and wet grip standards for selling in EU regulations. At the end of 2011, our company also actively purchased German rolling resistance testing machine and passed Holland TÜV Rhine and German TÜV SÜD certificates. Test result of the machine proves that ECO-2 reaches C-class in EU regulations and Standard A-class in Japanese energy-saving label.
In 2012, brand new CIS promises, FREE YOUR WAY , in an attempt to bring drivers more comfortable and careless fun.
To promote new CIS’ image, we held new product launch meeting in 2012 REIFEN ESSEN SHOW and invite media and European distributors to participate in.
ECO-2 is the environmental fuel-efficient tire NANKANG developed for large sedans. Its major sales market targets at Europe and Japan. For e-marketing, In 2012, we put ads on ADAC the largest e-newspaper in Germany as our propaganda tool, and constructed NANKANG’s dedicated MICRO SITE as an e-marketing web-page.
Also, we actively sponsored European football games to enhance brand visibility. We sponsor MSC drifting contest to shape product properties through this professional automobile race activity.
