1. First the Honey Badger (K1127B) didn’t care about what the trail had to throw at it, then it didn’t care what cross country racers offered. Now, the Honey Badger doesn’t care what the downhill course has to say with tri-bite knobs running down the center for fast rolling speed and siped to open up under heavy braking loads. Completely redesigned side knobs claw into the ground and never let go. A protective grid across the sidewall reduces the chance of sidewall slashed and punctures. The tire is in the new Light Gravity Casing option that shaves hundreds of grams off the tire making it adept at climbing as well as descending. 3 piece casing protection to resist punctures while being optimized for tubeless performance. Downhill, All-Mountain, or Enduro – Honey Badger don’t care!
2. Honey Badger DH Pro (K1127B) has “42/50 rubber Compound,” The new compound blends two of Kenda’s best performing downhill and all-mountain compounds for an all-round performance that is suitable for the most aggressive of Enduro courses while still being tough enough to tackle a technical downhill. Utilizing the Stick-E compound down the center for increased rolling speed while maximizing the grip and rebound of the RSR compound across the transition and shoulder knobs.
It is promoted to Northern America, Europe and Asia through sporting marketing, fascinating many mountain bike consumers in these regions.
3.The sidewalls are further supported with a butyl insert for strength and pinch flat resistance. Resulting in a light weight tire for whatever gravity throws you down.
4. To be more user-friendly, Honey Badger DH Pro uses Kevlar folding bead to make tires portable and easier to change.
