Das TVS-951X NAS-System von QNAP wird von einem Intel® Celeron® 3865U Dual-Core Prozessor der 7. Generation mit 2GB/8GB DDR4 Dual-Channel Speicher (bis zu 32GB) unterstützt. Es verfügt außerdem über einen Hybrid-Laufwerksschacht (einschließlich fünf 3,5-Zoll Laufwerksschächten und vier 2,5-Zoll SSD-Schächten), der bis zu neun Laufwerke mit dem Raumbedarf eines 5-Bay-NAS unterstützt.
