Der Johnson S-Force Performance Trainer ist ideal geeignet für Intervalltraining als Teil eines Zirkeltrainingsprogramms, Gruppentrainings oder für ein eigenständiges Training. Ein sanftes, leises, magnetisches Widerstandssystem und eine speziell entwickelte Bewegungsabfolge mache jede Übung schonend und zugleich hochintensiv. Mit zunehmender Geschwindigkeit steigt der Widerstand. So steigert sich die Trainingsintensität kontinuierlich. Die aufrechte Position beansprucht Waden und hintere Oberschenkel, während die vorgebeugte „Beschleunigungsposition“ vor allem Schienbeinmuskulatur und den Quadrizeps trainiert. Der Bewegungspfad passt sich dabei dem Nutzer an, wobei eine Schrittlänge von maximal 91 cm erreicht werden kann. Eine einstellbare, hintergrundbeleuchtete Konsole bietet ein vollständiges, leicht lesbares Feedback. Klar definierte Kurztasten machen die Bedienung noch leichter und bieten einen sofortigen Zugriff auf verschiedene Trainingsprogramme, z.B. das „Sprint 8“ Intervalltraining, oder weitere zielbasierte Trainingsprogramme. In der Beschleunigungsposition erhöhen ergonomisch geformte Multipositionsgriffe den Trainingskomfort, Fußplatten und ein ergonomisch geformter Sitz sorgen für Stabilität beim Ein- und Aussteigen. Ein weiters Plus: Das kabellose Design und die integrierten Transportrollen machen es ganz einfach, den Trainer überall zu platzieren.
