The SA-202CD was developed by adopting ISO Standards and the Directives of CE and PED. To be applicable for all industries, it is designed to be oilless, use clean air, less space and features a combination type cabinet which allows the air dryer and air compressor to be purchased separately.
The SA-202CD features:
1. Fireproof and sound-absorbing material to reduce noise. Noise level is lower than 64dB.
2. Both the air dryer unit and air compressor unit are designed to be detachable and easy to connect with each other if needed.
3. Keeps a low temperature and protects your pneumatic equipment. The air cooler is located in front of the motor, heat is removed as the air is sucked into the motor.
4. The molecular sieves inside the dryer are purged by the compressed air generated by itself, which enables the molecular sieves to be refreshable, and achieve a lower dew point (under -40oC).
5. It is designed with the deflector under the machine base to increase the air flow rate and reduce heat.
6. Stainless steel air tank to avoid rusting.
