The machine bed is manufactured from high-quality Meehanite cast iron, heat treated and stress relieved for outstanding stability without causing deformation.
1. Main Structure of the CNC cylindrical grinder which, when in combination with angle control of the spindle by C axis, is capable of grinding various special shaped workpieces.
2. The working spindle is equipped with a precision angle decoder, giving a high degree of angle control.
3. The feed axis is driven by a linear motor and features a close loop control optical scale to achieve high precision.
4. Retains various functions of the CNC cylindrical grinder, and is applicable to angle and speed control.
5. Fast and easy transferring custom-made grinding program, when operated with PALMARY-developed CAD/CAM software (optional).
