Cedros Saltwater Spinning Reel features Okuma’s “Litecast” construction design which is Okuma new fishing reel technology. We use the magnesium material and a casting process to make the reel lighter but still strong. The Litecast ™ structure is not only tough but also 15% lighter than the aluminum alloy reels.
This Cedros Saltwater Spinning Reel is also equipped Dual Force Drag System for extreme stopping power and our proprietary High Density Gearing with a special corrosion resistant coating. Combine this with a high-speed gear ratio and a customized aluminum handle and it’s one of the best saltwater jig fishing reels on the market.
