Participating in this competition is MHL8R the latest technology application. It isn’t only having intelligent temperature control design, but the function is also having to suit in needs of night time. Finally, the LED chip with different color temperature is intelligently controlled through the temperature control chip. The white light of color temperature 5700K of the brightness can be raised and also 4300K color temperature can be used to improve the penetration when they drive / ride under rain and fog days. The headlight bulb can withstand the problem of harsh environments. We reduce size to 25mm diameter, it is allowing more vehicle headlights to be replaced and getting more customers’ like. The functional design we take the priority is how it will be easy way to replace original bulbs, adopting the most accepted sockets H4 and H7 of global universal interface; and through development and improvement, the power consumption is greatly reduced from 55 watts to 18 watts.
