FMDM155 Built-in Motor Facing Head Unit - Flange Type, the configuration design is optimized with a built-in motor. With this design, the pulley housing is removed, which solve the problem of space interference and weight is reducing as well. The improvement to the direct motor type increases the accuracy, also shortens the processing time and reduces the production cost. The flange type spindle design is perfect for installing on a trunnion rotary machines. This flange type spindle can be installed vertically, which overturns the space waste caused by the traditional way configuration in horizontally. Not only increases the flexibility of the workstation configuration, but also reduces the setup space occupied by the spindle unit. This spindle helps to increase processing efficiency, and the design reduces the weight by up to 35% compared with the old spindle heads.
