The anti-loosening nut mark III integrates the nut with the washer and the round cover. The shape is more complex, and the construction is more complicated. It is different from the former model, which design as open threaded hole. The change of the new model with a closed design increases the difficulty while processing. During the stage of drawing design, and the subsequent R&D process will inevitably encounter many changes and tests. It also needs to consider foolproof, anti-disassembly and anti-rust, as well as strict loosening torque and vibration tests. In order to achieve the goals of this project, no failure is allowed in every step.
