AVA-1000 is a compact fanless system targeting for Train-to-Ground, (T2G) communication, serving as an onboard gateway in the railway application. The CPU option includes Intel Amston Lake Atom series based on x86 architecture and NXP i.MX8M Plus based on ARM structure. AVA-1000 is a fan-less communication gateway supporting on board GNSS, up to two 5G modem M.2-3042/3052 B-key slots and one M.2-2230 E-key slot for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth modules. Each modem slot supports 2 nano SIM cards. AVA-1000 is equipped by default with QMA antenna connectors for connectivity according to the configuration. The installation of the modems and modules can be completed by opening the lid after loosening the thumb screws on the panel.
