The TM25S is a high-payload collaborative robot developed by Techman Robot, offering a 25 kg payload, 1902 mm reach, and speeds up to 5.2 m/s. Designed for heavy-duty and high-throughput applications, it features a built-in AI vision system and 3D camera for real-time recognition, position compensation, AOI inspection, and mixed box stacking. Digital twin simulation further reduces programming and cycle time. Powered by the intuitive TMflow 2 interface, the TM25S is easy to use, even for non-programmers. It meets ISO 10218-1, ISO 13849-1, and ISO/TS 15066 safety standards, and is expected to obtain TÜV functional safety certification. Combining strength, intelligence, and safety, the TM25S is ideal for smart manufacturing, logistics, and industrial automation.
