WTP-9A66-22 stainless steel waterproof panel PC, its not only resistant to high pressure water jet cleaning (IP66), can withstand high temperature steam (IP69K), and to sink into the water (IP67).
WTP-9A66-22 is an industry first, equipped with a high-powered Intel Core I CPU. It features high strength stainless housing, IP66 / IP67 / IP69K full sealed enclosure, and stable CPU operation via exclusive cooling technology. Corrosion-resistant stainless steel housing will not be damaged when strong jets of water or acid / alkaline are used on it. The M12 metal with IP68 connectors makes the unit completely resistant to dust and water.
Wincomm’s WTP-9A66-22 is designed to be used in food factories and challenging environments. In addition to maintaining 24/7/365 operational stability, it also faced the challenge of being resistant to high temperature and high-pressure water washing, strong acid / alkaline disinfecting, and other environmental challenges. WTP-9A66 uses a stainless steel design with a chromium surface coating to prevent oxidation and corrosion. The unit is equipped with a high-performance Intel IVY-bridge Core i5 / i7 CPU in a sealed housing with full IP66 / IP67 / IP69K classification, making it completely resistant to dust and water. Wincomm uses an exclusive cooling technology called i-Cooling Smart Thermal Control, which uses the BIOS to control the core speed, to prevent the CPU from overheating. It has a special design that creates an effective, fully-sealed fanless environment, which will not overheat after long-term operation.
Wincomm is recognized for its fully sealed IP66 / IP67 / IP69Kwaterproof rating. Multi-layers of waterproof tape have been added into the design to prevent damage from strong jet streams of water. Also, the WTP-9A66-22 is equipped with strategic ventilation holes to prevent screen condensation from wide temperature differences.
