The new vibratory separator, Lao Soung LS-450BS – “Scraped & Brush Separator”, designed by Mr. Si-Lin Yu, the founder of Lao Soung Machinery, is the new improved model that combines particle size reduction and vibratory separation on one single machine. This new model acquired its patent (Patent No. M373777, referred to appendix) from Intellectual Property Office MOEA R.O.C. (Taiwan Patent) on February 11, 2010. Joined with the improved feeding hopper of sifter, another patent (Patent No. M240018, referred to appendix) hold by Lao Soung Machinery, this new model can help maximize production efficiency at limited cost. It has been three years since the first production of LS-450BS started. This model is widely appreciated by end users from all industries.
Original design motive of Scraped & Brush Separator is to combine the particle size reduction device and vibratory sieving machine as one. The purpose of this design is to break the lumps into small pieces by rotary scrapers or brushes and to sieve the material by three-dimensional vibration at the same time. The small and medium enterprises are the target market of marketing LS-450BS. The advantages of LS-450BS are: saving operating space, optimizing production flow, improving product quality, reducing labor cost and facilitating personnel to operate the machine in production line. Based on the characters of the sieving material, there two types of rotary breaking device can be equipped with. Both types are easy to operate and clean. By adapting this rotary breaking device, this special designed sifter can reduce the required processing time, improve production efficiency and raise product quality.
