The Full LED Coach Head Lamp product is designed and produced by TYC for IRIZAR, the Spanish-based builder of luxury coach vehicle bodies, It’s a combination of 5 functions that includes hi/low beam, DRL, Turn Indicator and Position lights function into one head lamp. With the self-developed patented grid pattern optical technology, enhanced the light guide homogeneous illumination. Meeting ECE regulations & certification requirements for light distribution, twin light guide design connection designed for daytime running lights / position lights / turn signals functions increased lighting performance and improve security. By optimizing the optical design, it reduce the number of LED use and risk of failure with increasing security usage. It also save 50% of energy consumed compared to the traditional halogen H4 bulb. It conform with environmental friendly and energy saving trend, recyclable materials such as PC, PMMA, PP, ADC are being used, which also meets RoHS and REACH standards. Instead of using fan for cooling, the design applies natural efficient air cooling for heat sink efficiency and material waste reduction.
