In order to enhance the quality of surveillance network and efficiency of management, PLANET innovatively announced H.265 IP Surveillance Total Solution to deliver high-quality surveillance video with smaller storage and streaming than usual.
With H.265 compression technology and embedded with 8 HDDs design providing up to 48TB, PLANET 36-ch NVR, NVR-3685, offers over 30% more of recording capacity than systems employing H.264 compression. This advance gives users larger storage space for longer durations of video recording.
The NVR-3685 can connect up to 36 IP cameras and supports 8 hard disks especially for data center environment. Besides, the NVR-3685 features dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, eMap, dual local display, e-SATA, and PLANET DDNS. Once the NVR-3685, armed with a complete surveillance equipment, detects any suspicious events, you will be alerted with alarm via email; FTP, HTTP and TCP servers. Moreover, it is fully compatible with mobile app and Internet Explorer on Windows operating system for multi-platform remote access.
PLANET H.265 IP camera series employs the H.265 technology to enable the camera to provide higher and more efficient image compression rates. If the same image quality level of H.264 is compared with that of H.265, the latter is able to save around 50% of bandwidth, meaning H.265 offers much higher quality video for less bandwidth. Thus, it can further enhance the overall performance of its IP surveillance system.
With the Sony super low lux CMOS image sensor, the H.265 IP camera series provides sharp images under all lighting conditions. With the motorized focus/zoom, users can remotely adjust the focus and zoom from the Web interface. Also equipped with a P-Iris, it allows for precise control of exposure, producing images with better clarity and contrast.
