SDG series from 400 to 1200tf are suitable for the automotive metal forming, such as drawing, forming, blanking, punching and cutting for different sizes of metal sheet parts. It satisfies the trend of using high-strength steel to produce lightweight vehicles. SEYI SDG designed based on the environmental protection mission feature a direct drive transmission and a rigid frame design to reduce the total clearance. SEYI servo motor effectively reduces power consumption and achieves the high torque even at the low speed. The production output can be doubled and save about 50% on electrical power consumption while running progressive dies with Half Motion. Our servo system has 8 motion profiles for customers to use. The hold motion is especially suitable for hot stamping. The vibration motion can support deep drawing for small and large parts. The press can also meet the need of fine blanking.
