World’s First Adjustable Electric Wine Aerator

Differences in terroir means the aeration time for red wines will vary. Our combining of the Venturi Effect with the patented Adjustable Air Intake Mechanism lets consumers mix their red wine with different volumes of air to arrive at the desired aerated texture and flavor. With just a press of a button, they can now immediately experience the true character of each red wine when it is aerated for different lengths of time.



It has an adjustment range of 120° from no air to the maximum amount of air. Testing by professional sommeliers indicate that maximum air is equivalent to pouring red wine into a decanter and letting it stand for 180 minutes. It is therefore suited to most red and white wines on the market. It not only effectively reduces the bitterness and off flavors produced during the making of red wines to leave only its true smooth texture and aroma. The value of the red wine is enhanced.
