DIZO EOS碳纖維公路車，隸屬於高雄碳纖維大廠明安國際所製造，是極少數將自行車產線100%完全設置在台灣的企業，產品所使用的原料是全球知名碳纖維原料供應商TORAY及TOHO的碳纖維絲，並搭配明安自製的樹脂配方製作碳纖維預浸布，從車架成型，組裝，都是在台灣完成。

EOS車款的研發、設計、測試、塗裝，都是公司各部門同心協力、各司其職，不假手他人。設計方面，EOS屬於旗艦版的爬坡車架，使用市面極少的軍規T1100碳纖材質，並花費長達18個月的時間，終做出此款旗艦車款。

車架運用電腦輔助設計系統(CAE)計算模擬，開發最佳力學結構設計，進而由集團模具中心設計製作最佳化製程模具，經由分工完整的20人研發工程團隊，從製圖、模具設計、高功能性輕薄強纖維材料的組合搭配、多樣製程工法運用、到部分自動化的生產線製造合乎ISO規範強度與安全性的自行車。

DIZO自行車堅持台灣製造與台灣品質，整合集團內複合材料與開發應用研究團隊的優勢，並搭配專業林園車隊選手實際騎乘測試反饋，產品採用了下管整合式走線設計與後三角減震流線設計，不僅使整體外觀更加簡潔美觀，走線順暢度也大大提升騎乘者操控與制動效能。
