The work cell consists of a tube feeder, an all-electric tube bender and a multi-joint robot. The innovatively designed, all electric tube bender is designed with two functions in one, making the machine applicable for right hand and left hand bending operations.
This eliminates secondary machining, avoids interference while saving dramatic investment costs of the machine.The controller employs a Windows operation system in combination with the use of YLM self-developed CNC control software. Outstanding features include easy generation of bending parameters, 3D work piece simulation function and single step operational simulation function, etc. These provide users with safe, easy and humanized control features.
