Taiwan Excellence Unveils Smart Manufacturing Breakthroughs at Automation Expo India 2025

The pavilion highlights future-ready innovations across ESG, AI robotics, smart factories, and intelligent automation.

Mumbai, August 11, 2025 – Taiwan Excellence makes a powerful return to Automation Expo India 2025 with its largest-ever pavilion, featuring over 44 cutting-edge solutions from 22 Taiwanese companies. The exhibit highlights Taiwan’s innovation in smart manufacturing, AI robotics, industrial electronics, smart control, and sustainability.

Under the theme “Green Vision, Smart Manufacturing, the Taiwan Excellence Pavilion features a futuristic installation that combines nature and technology, centered with a symbolic 'Tree of Eternity' integrated with an industrial robotic arm – one of the most visually impactful displays on site. The exhibit is organized into three themed zones to spotlight Taiwan’s industrial strengths:

- Taiwan Robotic Zone -featuring collaborative robots and CNC systems

- Metal Processing Zone -highlighting precision machinery and automation

- Industrial Electronics Zone -showcasing AI computing, smart sensors, and control systems

Flagship Taiwanese exhibitors included:

- TM Robot - collaborative robots for precision assembly and logistics

- TOYO Automation - multi-axis platforms and high-precision linear modules

- Advantech - AI edge computing platforms and IIoT integration solutions

- DFI- high-performance embedded industrial motherboards

- ICP DAS - remote monitoring modules for flexible automation architectures

The opening day celebration was graced by the presence of Mr. Chun-Yu Chang, Director of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Center in Mumbai. Key Indian industrial leader, including representatives from the Indian Automation Association, Wipro PARI, and Reliance Industries, signaling strong Taiwan-India interest in industrial collaboration.

The vibrant cultural opening ceremony blended traditional Indian elements, with gong sounds and Ganesha-inspired live art, symbolizing deep bilateral cultural and industrial ties.

The Pavilion has drawn early interest from major India media, such as The Times of India and The Economic Times. Strategic business talks are ongoing with global automation leader Wipro PARI and industrial innovator Praj Industries.

Aligned with India’s 'Make in India' initiative and accelerated digital transformation efforts, Taiwan’s strengths in agile manufacturing and technical innovation position its companies as ideal partners in India’s industrial upgrade.

The Taiwan Excellence Pavilion is located at Hall 6, Booth I2–J2, Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai and is open from August 11–14, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Visitors are welcome to explore how Taiwan is shaping the future of manufacturing through collaboration, sustainability, and innovation.
