Compared to other technologies, FBR-Fenton is a high efficiency and lower operation cost technology. The by-product is crystal instead of sludge which reduces the cost of sludge treatment, which can be recycled and recovered as magnet production or adsorption materials of phosphate and arsenic removal. It is environment friendly technology.
To achieve a stable condition of crystal production, the construction and the components have unique designs. The reactor is made of SUS316L to resist erosion from wastewater. The operating system is developed from manual operation to automatic operation through PLC design with the quality of wastewater, operation parameters, dosing system and more. The design of FBR-Fenton's software and hardware is complicated and hard to copy and reproduce.
FBR-Fenton's technology will be more competitive when the discharge regulation becomes stricter.
