This product is equipped with a B/C Axis rotary table which can reach up to 5-Axis simultaneous control and process, increasing the efficiency of production. Installed with a full circumference brake system, the product has high rigidity which can ensure accuracy during the process. The machine is well suited to the automobile, aerospace, and biotechnology industries.
The product uses an SP Class roller type linear guide which features high speed travel, rigidity, precision, and low abrasion. Additionally, it can be installed with an optional ball screw oil cooler system accessory which avoids thermal deformation and is compatible with the high precision application process of the workpiece.
The product is designed with full enclosure. The process can be monitored through the transparent protection window. The moveable dual door design creates more space for loading and uploading materials. The design of the safety switch for doors meets CE safety requirements, making the product safer to use.
