1.The structure is integrated with the door and interior is designed with the case body. Made from a finely cutting and rigid structure
2.The product is especially developed for small tooling 2nd process demand. The arch & base are designed with thermal symmetry structure to reduce the thermal expansion influence to the casting and raise the stability.
3.The distance from spindle center to the track surface of z-axis is minimized to increase the rigidity.
4.3 axes feeding system is driven by ball type linear guide way, rapid travel speed reaches 40/40/32m per min. With built-in spindle, HSK-A63 20000rpm satisfy inquire of precisely mold processing.
5. In accordance with built-in spindle, motor rotor directly connects with the spindle to reduce the damage from transmission. And, raise the efficiency of spindle processing.
6.Because of the obvious temperature drift & low energy efficiency most western countries had abandoned R407A and switch to use R410A.
