Data process can be saved by screw tightening. Through setting parameters, motor speed and the strength can be controlled. One screw can set five different strokes to perform the task of tightening. The targets of each stroke are torque, time, and number of threads, respectively.
Example:
Step 1: The speed of the screwdriver is 800rpm, and the number of forward turns is 3 turns.
Step 2: The speed of the screwdriver is 600rpm, and the rotation is reversed by 0.1 second.
Step 3: The starting speed is 400rpm, and the forward torque is 10Kgf.cm.
Step 4: The speed of the screwdriver is 1100 rpm, and the number of forward turns is 5 turns.
Step 5: The starting speed is 100rpm, and the forward torque is 36Kgf.cm.
