MCTDS5 & BNK series screwdriver are Kilews' solution for assembly automation and traceability system for manufacturer. MCTDS5 is a smart controller with sequence control for industrial assembly. The smart controller can connect to 5 tools with different torque settings and use various bit/socket. As the result, it helps manufacturer to save labor cost as 1 operator can use 5 tools for 5 jobs. Considering there are 5 tools to use, in order to pick the right tool, controller will advise operator which tool to pick up and disable the rest of the tools.
Tightening data can be storage in company sever or cloud for traceability. Tightening data include, tightening time, operator name, tightening torque, tightening thread, tightening status, barcode no., tightening tool…etc. When the smart controller is connected to the internet, authorized manager or director will then be able to check assembly line status in real time. For example, manager or director can see number of batches has been completed, number of NG product been produced, operator assembly efficiency, production rate…etc. By analyzing collected data, manager or director can figure out solution for misuse of material and energy waste.
