AM environmentally friendly chain has an innovative breakthrough to replace the seal ring. The protruding contour of outer plates are innovative design to stop the penetration of dust and keep the grease inside. This is the key point to avoid the friction inside the bearing area and make the wear resistance better.
EN-PTFE surface coating on plates offer excellent lubrication, rustproof effect and adhesion barrier, which avoided the dust stuck to increase the chain life, and made the cleaning and maintenance easy and efficient.
Set itself apart from the traditional chain which uses rubber ring to retain grease, AM environmentally friendly sealed chain adopted an innovative structure to achieve better result. The patented structure abandoned the use of unrecyclable rubber to increase the quality of the product, meet RoHS, RECH regulations, and reduce cost.
The one-of -kind flange contour designed outer plates enhance the chain with vivid 3D feel and eye-catching outlook.
