1.FCV-620S adopts C-type structure with B/C axes rotary table design, has up to 500kg load capacity, and rotary speed up to 33.3/50 rpm (B/C axis). Small footprint and compact structure improves the production space usage for the customer.
2.The roller cam driven rotary table provides enhanced rigidity, no-backlash, and wear resistance. The accuracy of the machine is steady and there is no need to adjust the backlash of the driving system even after long time use.
3.Various angles and curved surfaces of the most complex workpiece could be completed by five-axis simultaneous machining in one set up, fulfilling the needs of diverse high-end parts processing such as automobiles, aerospace and biomedical industry.
4.The design of the double door and the swivel type operation panel greatly enhances the convenience. Fully enclosed splash guard with oil mist collector can effectively isolate oil mist pollution.
