1.With superior structural rigidity, outstanding dynamic performance of the A / C axes trunnion table and a powerful spindle with maximum 191 Nm output, AWEA AU-680 can fulfill various demands including five-axis simultaneous machining, five-face machining at complex angles, and demanding high torque heavy cutting – all in a single setup on one machine.
2.The MPC (Multi-Pallet Coordinator) system features a modular pallet storage design, allowing flexible adjustment of the number of layers and pallets based on actual needs.The pallet is equipped with an RFID system to track and record the machining status of workpieces, with feedback sent to the situation room.
3.The AWEA’s self-developed AiLINK App, through a smart digital communication box and monitoring system, provides digital services. Users can access machine utilization, production history, live video, and carbon emission data via smartphones or tablets, enabling remote monitoring and management.
