The feature of TATUNG’s large capacity & high efficiency amorphous core cast resin transformer:
1.Large capacity:
Breaking through the previous amorphous core which can only be used for small-capacity tr. TATUNG's innovative core structure designs have successfully manufactured the largest capacity to 9000kVA amorphous tr. in Taiwan in 2020. The core loss (2909W) is merely equivalent to 1250kVA silicon core tr.
2.High efficiency:
The iron loss of amorphous core is only 20%~30% of silicon steel core.
3.High flame resistance:
The flame resistance of the coil were certificated and complied with F1 class of IEC 60076-11.
4.Low noise:
An excellent annealing process of amorphous core makes the operation noise minimized.
5.High reliability:
The epoxy resin encapsulated coil greatly improves the strength of insulation and mechanical of the coil.
6.Easy maintenance:
The epoxy resin encapsulated coil can prevent the incursions from dusts and moisture, and the coils are maintenance free.
