In response to the increasing demand for recycling of packaging film bags and rigid plastics, POLYSTAR has developed an innovative cutter compactor integrated recycling line. The cutter compacting system is equipped with unique reverse feeding technology and an baffle structure, which can especially improve the feeding & recycling efficiency of filament fiber.
POLYSTAR has developed a patented fully automatic pelletizing system utilizing digital program logic technology and ECO inverter modules. In addition, the pelletizing system is supplemented by the innovative pneumatic constant pressure control tech, so that the pelletizing blade can be stably attached to the surface of the die, which greatly improves the stability of the pelletizing.
In the aspect of Industry 4.0 smart manufacturing, POLYSTAR adopts an intelligent PLC control system with a highly user-friendly HMI interface, which greatly enhance the level of automation. This machine has been successfully sold to 110 countries.
