The development of the digital carbiner takes "information management" and "safety inspection" as the first consideration, and the RFID chip is embedded in the body to get digital product information, instead of the traditional way which need to read a lot of paper information and cannot quickly get the history of the product, and it can be checked for safety, repair or replacement during daily inspections. The digital carbiner combined with the two patented structures of "metal base" and "barrel-type mechanism" can increase three times scanning distance and data protection security.
The digital carbiner has passed the MIL-STD 810H American military standard test, IP68 waterproof level test, IK10 impact test, ATEX explosion-proof environment test, CRES corrosion resistance test, American standard ANSI Z359.12-19, CSA Z259.12- 16 and European regulations EN362-2004 and a series of strict inspections to ensure that customer application product is foolproof.
