Generally PCD saw blades used to be ground by diamond bruting wheels in the past. The geometric accuracy after machining will be affected due to the grinding force, so the PCD saw blade adopts the non-contact discharge machining method. The characteristic of CHMER 6-axis PCD saw blade EDM is that it can process 3 tooth surfaces sequentially on the same machine by using 6-axis control discharge method, changing the traditional way that each processing machine can only process one tooth surface, saving the time of moving and re-calibrating the saw blade on different machines, and thus improving the precision of the finished product.
