Thanks to a new and patent pending material composition, this tube holds air 4x longer and offers a higher puncture protection by keeping the same weight compared to a standard butyl tube. 15 % internal pressure loss is what is considered an acceptable loss before a tube needs to be reinflated. A butyl tube loses 15 % pressure in around 10 days. Internal test results show that the Kenda Airolution yields nearly four times the air retention of a standard butyl tube.
