Designed for professional coffee roasters, the AI Coffee Green Bean Sorter uses AI image recognition technology and its 4K, high-sensitivity lens to identify SCA L1 defective beans. This allows professionals to quickly obtain good beans with an accuracy rate of over 99%, ensuring consistent quality of coffee beans.
This is the industry’s first fully automatic bean sorter, processing up to 5–6 kilograms of coffee beans per hour. It allows professionals to focus on roasting and extraction without wasting time and effort on screening.
With its 4K, high-sensitivity lens, the AI sorter records the beans at a framerate of 60 fps as they fall into the machine.
It analyzes the footage and utilizes AI to recognize SCA L1 defective beans, yielding a good bean accuracy rate of over 99%, surpassing the accuracy of manual screening.
The machine also has AI learning capabilities, enabling it to identify more types of coffee bean images and improved accuracy over time.
