The weight of the S99Elite breakthrough shoe is less than 260g (size 265mm), becoming the lightest badminton shoe in the history of the VICTOR brand. S99Elite's extreme lightweight is due to two major aspects:
(1) JACQUARD EM upper: its unique feature is that mono breathable mesh upper layer, a durable and stretchable mesh bottom layer, and an interlayer made with drop-stitch structure to closely integrate the upper and bottom layers. And also JACQUARD EM density can be adjusted according to the function. Therefore, the upper is stronger, breathable, and lighter than the commonly used sandwich mesh upper.
(2) Supercritical Foaming (SCF) Midsole: This innovative midsole manufacturing process uses high-performance EVA material, which is filled with nitrogen, and uses the pressure difference principle to achieve rapid expansion of physical foaming. It’s not only lightweight, the foamed pore size is fine and evenly distributed, and also the structural strength is good after molding.
