The raw materials are derived from recycled PET bottles, processed into granules. With GRS international certification, they are used to reclaim and reuse plastic waste from the ocean and everyday plastic disposal.
In addition to recycling materials, we also incorporate surplus reduction to achieve a perfect cycle of waste utilization, significantly extending the lifespan of disposable waste and reducing carbon emissions associated with waste disposal.
During the manufacturing process, we use the one-time hot pressing molding technique instead of PE coating application. This approach greatly enhances the product's durability while significantly reducing the use of adhesive coatings, thereby minimizing pollution and carbon emissions generated during production.
Our one-time molded bodyboards are highly durable and can withstand rigorous use. They are easy to process and shape, allowing for versatile ergonomic designs that combine performance and comfort.
