CONQUER has developed the QEV24 series fuses for vehicle systems. These fuses provide protection for circuits in vehicles, including batteries, circuit systems, and inverters. The QEV24 series is rated for a current range of 60~125A and a voltage range of 1000Vdc / 690Vac, complying with ISO 8820, JASO D622, and UL 248-20 standards. Additionally, these fuses meet requirements for vehicle vibration resistance, impact resistance, high-temperature endurance, and resistance to humidity and heat, ensuring user safety. The QEV24 series fuses feature a bolt-type design, allowing them to be installed on bolt-connected fuse bases without soldering. This design saves installation and replacement time, enhancing convenience. High-precision direct current frequency soldering eliminates traditional hot-melt solder, reducing energy loss and flux contamination. All materials of QEV24 series fuses comply with RoHS standards.
