High-Current SMD Fuse for AI Servers & Data Centers - 48MH Series

CONQUER Electronics developed the miniaturized, high-current, lead-free chip fuse “48MH Series” to meet AI data center demands. Rated 50A to 225A, it meets UL 248-13 and IEC 60127-7 safety standards.

The 48MH Series uses patented alloy wire and structure to enhance current capacity and thermal reliability, achieving miniaturization and high-current compatibility. Its integrated alloy wire and terminal design removes air pollution from rosin volatilization in traditional tin soldering, reducing materials and energy use.

Unlike traditional processes with tin solder containing up to 85% lead, the 48MH Series eliminates solder completely, using 100% lead-free materials compliant with EU RoHS. The surface-mount design supports SMT automation, enabling faster, precise production, lowering manual work, and boosting productivity.

In 1977, Mr. Chiu, Hong-Chih founded CONQUER ELECTRONICS CO.,LTD. Since market size grew year after year and the labor-intensive production line could no longer catch up with the increasing demands, we switched to semi-automatic production concentrating on the conventional fuses. We spared no effort to upgrade its product quality and had thus obtained authentication from the Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection, MOEA, shortly after its successful passage of ISO 9002. In 1994, we tool one step further and obtained BSMI ISO 9002: 1994 Version of Factory Certification. As the largest fuse manufacturer in Taiwan and one of the three major fuse manufacturers of CONQUER commits itself to integrate the R&D, design, manufacturing, distribution and services for the components related to the fuses, also to its competitive products.
