In response to global warming and hotter summers, ATUNAS launched the new-generation “Supercooling Circular Recyclable Shirt ” in 2026. Designed with the end in mind to support textile-to-textile recycling, the product integrates Taiwan-based R&D, functional textile technology, sustainability, and circular design. Its intelligent nano heat-dissipation yarn helps block solar heat and reflect 70% of near-infrared and harmful UV rays. Combined with cooling fibers and a profiled yarn structure, it enhances moisture absorption, sweat-wicking, and quick drying for long-lasting comfort. Weighing only about 125g, it is light and easy to carry. The shirt also uses eco-friendly Ceravida antibacterial and anti-odor technology and has passed Q-max cooling, UPF50⁺ UV protection, wash durability, and color fastness tests. Made with mono-polyester fabric, buttons, labels, and sewing threads, it can be recycled as a whole without sorting, reducing environmental impact through circular fashion.
