The new roller screen system is an improvement of the traditional roller screens designed for the casement windows and swing doors which have no way to install tradition sliding screens. Mash can store in single vertical housing and has anti-lift, slow return mechanisms, so the mash will not off track. When open/ close, the mash is slow rewinding, reduce the rewind and close noises. It enhances the quality of the product and can be adapted to a variety of window/door frames. Because mash is stored and dust will not stick on, so the period of use is extended. The product replaces traditional fixed immovable screens, suitable for a whole market.
Especially the new any position roller screen door, the slow return, anti- lift of the mash designs, so it can be used on a large opening door type space demand.
This product design considerations as follows:
3.1 Whether the installer or end user, without complicated instruction they can do a simple disassembly or operations. It reduces construction time and costs.
3.2 Uses fewer profiles, and can be easily changed mash open direction to match the house’s windows (doors) open direction.
3.3 Anywhere positioning function, users can adjust the openness of screen to prevent the insect fly into house.
3.4 Disassembly and cleaning is easy. Without dismantling the entire frame, the mash can be removed for cleaning or replacement. Frame can be permanent use, saving material and not wasted.
3.5 Patented Tension-Adjust design can do the related functions adjustment without dismantled; instant and convenient.
3.6 Opening and closing mechanism design to use magnet to fix. Light and smooth when moving handle bar, can be stationary when at the end. It is easier in operation.
3.7 To comply with the rules of environmental protection, use recyclable materials to make the components and accessories. Components were design for small and light, in order to reduce the material usage. The packaging supplies use recyclable plastic and paper.
