SUNON Energy Saving EC Axial Fan is a super high performance EC axial cooling fan for applications such as commercial refrigerators, freezers and wine cabinets etc. An EC ultra energy-saving motor saves over 80% energy more than its ordinary AC counterpart, with a low power consumption, dust-proof and water-proof IP68 level. Besides, our EC fan is available with ATEX explosion-proof certification and this has become an important industry demand since the use of HCFCs in new equipment was banned. 1. Saving Energy, Perfect Evolution
EC fans offer a reduction in power consumption of around 80% compared with conventional AC motors.
2. High Efficiency, Low Noise
SUNON「Energy Saving EC Axial Fan」adopts High Air Velocity design at pressure side of blade to enhance the air flow, furthermore Uniform Sound Pressure Gradient at suction side of blade can reduce the noise and make it more uniform and quiet.
3. IP68-Dust and Water Proof
EC fans are also available in IP68 dust and waterproof models. Here, the fan wraps up the entire motor with patent motor protection technology to effectively protect the motor from dust and water.
4. ATEX certification
Due to the Freon is widely used in commercial refrigerators &freezers equipment for preventing from Ozone depletion, but it may lead to the condition of explosives. SUNON EC Fan meets ATEX directive which is to make sure safe operation and avoid potentially explosive atmospheres.
5. Small size
When applied in the system, conventional AC motor needs large space, EC motor can be implemented in the impeller within its compact size.
6. Lower Temperature
Normally, the temperature test of a fan is under -10~70℃ in environmental areas; however, the fan which is applied in refrigerating equipment has to pass -25℃~70℃. Also we can accept -40℃ customized design.
