1.The high efficiency 4 speed gear box with 4 speed shifting. Compared with traditional 2 or 3 speed gear box, it’s more suitable for different applications. The output torque @ 1st speed is 90Nm ( about 900 kg-cm ) and it’s for high loading application. The output rpm @ 4th speed is 4000 rpm, it’s for lower loading and fast application.
2.The gear box is the first 4 speed as automotive manual gear box shifting. The design allows to shift directly from 1st to 4th speed. The traditional gear box requires shifting sequence ( 1>2>3 ), the 4 speed design is more of time and energy saving.
3.The high efficiency 4 speed gear box can reach longer usage with brushless motor system. Output speed is double than 2 speed gearbox, can save working time.
4.The design team also integrate all the important functions of traditional 2 speed gear box, such as spindle lock. The spec is also upgraded ( spindle lock torque increased from 25 Nm to 40 Nm ) for better chuck secure and more precise drill application.
