HERAN always sale in mall and B2B. The high-level productions and special specifications are sold in retailer.Special projects are carried out by Sales Dep. and Marketing Dep..
The annual strategy of brand are drafted by managers and Marketing Dep..We allot 2% turnover for marketing promotions. In 2012,the CF broadcasts 7,400 times totally.

Marketing informations and customer satisfactions are offered by sales. Then the marketing Dep. will analyse and propose strategy. HERAN establishs service stations around all of Taiwan,free hot line,and online service for the customers provide RMA(Returned Material Approval ) tracking and process state.In regard to customer problems, we make effort to solve them within 48 hours.
