We have ploughed field of valve hard seal supersonic fire spray and milling. With the existing core capacity of hard seal, we manufacture eco-friendly low torque Double Offset Butterfly Valve. we explore and develop corrosion-resistant coating, successfully create the valve of power plant level/high-tech self-soluble alloy/titanium alloy hard seal technology, achieve the top chemical vapor deposition (CVD) technology.
The control handle adopts ergonomic design. It exceeds the torque requirement standard of American Petroleum Institute (API). The design of pneumatic opening valve, together with intelligent automatic position, decreases the loading of human effort, and thus avoids operators' touches and injuries.
The innovative leakage design with low emission, reduces the diffusion of toxic gas and volatile organic solvent in the air. We have outstanding achievement in the contribution to energy-saving and carbon-reducing, also win the certificate of low emission environmental protection in the U.S. (ISA93) and the certificate in European Union (ISO15848-1).
