We have ploughed in the field of valve hard seal supersonic fire spray and milling. With the existing core capacity of hard seal, we manufacture eco-friendly low torque metal seat ball valve. We explore and develop corrosion-resistant coating, successfully create the valve of power plant level/high-tech self-soluble alloy/ metal seat technology, achieve the top chemical vapor deposition (CVD) technology.
The original high-end hard seal technology and valve antistatic design lead the industry to consecutively follow. In the traditional design, the valve suffers the risk of under high pressure. metal seat ball vale conducts the optimized design, adopting the safe design (winning the M446255 utility model patent in Taiwan (R.O.C.), and 2784274 utility model patent in China).
The innovative leakage design with low emission reduces the diffusion of toxic gas and volatile organic solvent in the air. We have outstanding achievement in the contribution to energy-saving and carbon-reducing also win the certificate of low emission environmental protection in the U.S. (ISA93) and the certificate in European Union (ISO15848-1).
