Chroma 3160C Tri-Temp Quad Site FT Handler is equipped with a productive pick & place system that is designed for high volume multi-site IC testing. It is capable of handling various package types of device and supports Single, Dual or Quad test sites. The reliable handling mechanism and functionality design leads to a high throughput and low jam rate. It effectively increases the productivity and efficiency, and shortens the time of exchanging kits. The Active Thermal Control (ATC) System tests the DUT under -40℃to 125℃.



Chroma 3160C is the first Tri Temp FT handler that breaks the traditional LN2 chamber design. The chamber-less design adopts the new thermal solution: "Nitro-TEC thermal technology". Comparing to the traditional LN2 cooling system, Nitro-TEC integrates Nitrogen and TEC control system. It ensures the accuracy in temperature control while having the ability to switch from Hot to Cold temperature tests and efficiently reducing LN2 consumption.
